We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item and packaging.

Once a return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
